About Port Isaac, Caroline says,
"I painted this view from life, outside on the doorstep of a rented cottage several summers ago. After returning to London, I transformed the ordinary daytime scene into a nostalgic twilight one. I have had so many potential buyers, but initially resisted selling as it reminded me so much of happy Port Isaac evenings!  I finally decided to have it made into original prints."
